Welcome to Year Two of On the Way to Wellness.


January 1st, 2015 marks the second year of our three-year wellness plan, On the Way to Wellness. Year two is the Year of Action. This year we are increasing programming and providing more options for our employees and spouses/partners.


Starting in March of this year, you will see more emails and updates coming to you about wellness here on campus. During these colder months, it is important to not only focus on your physical wellness; but also your mental wellness.


Personal wellness coaching and smoking cessation classes will be offered here on campus. These classes are free to employees and spouses/partners. We are also going to be offering wellness education and screening throughout campus, so keep an eye out for emails communicating these dates.
