The Indiana State University School of Music Faculty Brass Quintet will perform at noon Thursday, March 30, in the Indiana Statehouse in Indianapolis.
The performance is part of the Indiana Music Educators Association celebration of "Music in Our Schools" month. The members of the Faculty Brass Quintet are Eddie Ludema, trumpet: Blake Reynolds, trumpet; Brian Kilp, horn; Randy Mitchell, trombone; and Paul Mergen, tuba.
The performance repertory will consist of music from the Renaissance to the current era, including works from China and American jazz. The quintet will also be performing at Greenfield Central High School on Thursday and Columbus North High School on Friday.
