The Indiana State University wind orchestra will perform a concert, "Excursions," at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 6 in Tilson Auditorium.
"Excursions" features music of Puts, Grainger, Rogers, Perrine and Stravinsky into a potpourri of eclectic composers whose music takes you on an excursion through different compositional techniques. The concert will be conducted by Roby G. George, associate professor of music and director of bands at Indiana State.
The performance is free and open to the public.
