'Making the Most of Technology' is the theme for Indiana State University's 66th Business Education Clinic

"MAKING THE MOST OF TECHNOLOGY" IS THE THEME FOR INDIANA STATE UNIVERSITY'S 66th BUSINESS EDUCATION CLINIC

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - "Making the Most of Technology" is the theme of the 66th annual Business Education Clinic at Indiana State University on Friday, March 24. All sessions and roundtable discussions will take place in Dede II and III of Hulman Memorial Student Union on the ISU campus.

This annual clinic attracts middle- and high-school business teachers from throughout Indiana and beyond and serves as a way for them to update their skills and learn more about new technologies, according to Bill Wilhelm, assistant professor and business education, information, and technology program coordinator for the College of Business.

Speakers will discuss current topics in business and technology and address how these advancements will impact teachers of business education across the board. Sessions will focus on topics such as investor education programs, online career planning tools, developing online connections between high school and college and providing exciting database projects for students, among others.

Presenters will include: Tina McCloud of Mount Vernon High School, Robin Smith of Terre Haute North High School, Dena Irwin and Jeff Rode of Shakamak Schools, Kelly Wilkinson of ISU's College of Business, Jeff Sanson of Purdue University, Becky Bendickson of Terre Haute North High School, Donna Ourand of ISU's College of Business, Barbara Beadle of the Indiana Department of Education, and Bruce McLaren of ISU's College of Business.
