The Indiana State University School of Music Faculty Gala Recital will be Thursday, Sept. 12 at 7:30 p.m. in the University Hall Theater.
The recital will feature 20 faculty from the School of Music. There will be solo performances as well as duets, trios and quintets. The music performed will range from classical to more contemporary works.
Works performed will include Ravel's "Sonatine," Dvorak's "Piano Quintet in A Major," DiLorenzo's "Fire Dance," as well as works by Astor Piazolla, Eric Ewazen, David Baker and Franz Schubert.
