Learn and Experience the Labyrinth at St. Mary-of-the-Woods

In conjunction with Indiana State University's Healing Rhythms II Tai Chi Conference, St. Mary-of-the-Woods will host Learn and Experience the Labyrinth June 19 and 20 starting at 7 p.m.

Andrew Connor, director of Sisters of Providence programming and hospitality, will teach participants about the Sisters of Providence and holy sites at St. Mary-of-the-Woods. Kevin Ladd, associate professor of psychology at Indiana University, will present on the significance of the labyrinth in Christian and other faith traditions. Participants will tour the labyrinth at St. Mary-of-the-Woods and be given the chance to engage in private prayer or contemplation. The program is free and open to persons of all faith traditions.

The program is sponsored by the Interfaith Dialogue Group, a joint program of the Center for the Study of Health, Religion, and Spirituality at ISU, and United Campus Ministries Center of Terre Haute, with support from the ISU Office of Diversity.
