Campus Compact names two from ISU as Faculty Fellows

Indiana Campus Compact has recognized two Indiana State University faculty members as Faculty Fellows for 2012-13.

Nathan Schaumleffel, associate professor of kinesiology, recreation and sport, and campus executive director of the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance will serve as Senior Fellow and provide regular mentoring to each individual Faculty Fellow to insure their success and completion of their individual projects.

Tina Kruger Newsham, assistant professor of applied health sciences, will serve as a Faculty Fellow and conduct a project to promote health aging and gerontological awareness through multi-generational community engagement and service learning.

Campus Compact awarded $3,750 in funding for each project.
