Stanley Smith, professor of finance at the University of Central Florida, will speak on campus Thursday in the Donald W. Scott College of Business 11th floor conference room.

Smith's presentation, titled "The Increasing Default Risk of U.S. Treasury Securities Due to the Financial Crisis," is hosted by ISU's Networks Financial Institute.
