Girard, assistant professor in the analytical department of the
Indiana State University School of Business has co-authored a
publication in a major academic journal with H. Rahman, entitled
"The Effect of the Asian Financial Crisis on Stock Returns,
Volatility and Market Integration in the Region," Studies in
