State Conventions are typically held in late April.

While branches have historically hosted state conventions and their accompanying Board meetings, starting in 2017, the State Board is sometimes serving as host, in order to give branches a chance to think ahead about when they might like to host the event.

Registration fee: regular registration fee has been $40 for many years and will continue to stay at this rate as long as possible.

Sometimes special rates are offered but this varies.
