Academic Achievement Luncheon

  • To recognize individuals and groups of African American students who have accomplished high levels of achievement during the past year.
  • To motivate underclassmen to higher levels of personal attainment.
  • To support interest given to African American students by African American faculty, staff, and community in the development of skills and talents beyond the scope of unusual circumstances.
  • To encourage more individuals and group participation in African American Awareness by promoting active involvement in programs, activities, and organizations relevant to the African American heritage.
