Cooperative Center for Study Abroad (CCSA)

If your schedule makes it difficult to consider a semester abroad and you are looking for a program in an English-speaking country, then CCSA offers the perfect solution. Through CCSA, you will go abroad with U.S. faculty, perhaps with one of your favorite ISU professors. Courses are offered in a variety of  fields, and will relate to the particular site.  Through CCSA you can go abroad during the summer or even over winter break.*

What are the requirements?

All undergraduate and graduate students in good standing are eligible to participate.

How competitive is the program?

All locations are open to qualified students; some sites fill quickly.

How do I apply?

What is the deadline for submitting an application?

For summer programs the deadline is the end of February; for programs during winter break, applications and deposit are due the beginning of October. (check exact dates on the website)

What about payment?

The payment schedule for CCSA programs is very specific and all of the information is available on the website. What is unique about CCSA programs is that costs include AIRFARE as well as on-site expenses including some meals. What is not included is the  (ISU)tuition fees for the course(s). Scholarships are available and financial aid can be used.
