  1. $10,000 maximum per year (additional $2,000 award available based on academic need)
  2. Renewable for one additional year (two semesters)
  3. A limited number of scholarships are awarded each year.
  4. Open to Indiana and out-of-state residents
  5. Not open to online-only and international students
  6. To be awarded this scholarship, students must be entering ISU fall semester.

Recipients of the Noyce Scholarship for Secondary Math and Science Education are required to teach mathematics or science in high need urban school corporations following graduation. Students who receive the Noyce Scholarship must also participate in co-curricular activities and training in problem-based learning.

To be eligible for the Noyce Scholarship, transfer students must have a cumulative grade point average of 2.75 and a 3.0 cumulative grade point average in all science and mathematics course work.

Applications should include a signed urban teaching commitment form (agreeing to teach in an urban area) and a scholarship application checklist.
