University Apartments

University Apartments (UA) is located a few blocks south of the ISU campus on 3rd Street. UA offers many options for upper class students, graduate students, students with families and Sophomores. The ISU Early Childhood Education Center is located at UA.

Exciting new changes are coming to the University Apartments for Fall 2014, including upper class spaces in Unit 1 and a Sophomore Year Experience option in Unit 2.  Please check back for additional information.

Amenities at UA consist of: Coin operated laundry in each unit, staff on duty daily after 4:30 PM and 24-hour emergency maintenance, free basic cable, free local telephone service, window blinds, full size refrigerator, electric range with hood, and garbage disposal. All UA apartments are non-smoking. ISU Public Safety patrols the parking lots at UA and responds to emergencies. Each apartment at UA opens into well lit interior hallway. The outer doors to each Unit are locked at mid-night and only residents of that Unit with a key may enter after hours.
