Blumberg Hall

Blumberg Hall is located in the southeast corner of the four towers and is home to approximately 380 first year students.

  • Visitation hours:
    • Noon – 11:30 PM Sunday to Thursday
    • Noon – 2:30 AM Friday to Saturday

Amenities include: air-conditioned TV lounges, laundry facilities, vending area and Sycamore Dining. Each room is equipped with one wired Ethernet outlet, basic cable TV, telephone jack (which can be activated for an additional monthly charge), and there is wireless Internet service throughout the hall.

Blumberg offers double occupancy rooms and is coed by floor. Each room has a bed, desk, desk chair, dresser and closet area for each resident. Beds in Blumberg can be bunked or student can rent a loft.

Each floor has a Resident Assistant (RA) who is there to assist the residents, program for the floor/hall, and to make sure the floor is conducive for both studying and sleeping. In addition, Blumberg has Academic Peer Advocates (APA) to assist the residents with their academic transition to ISU.
