Are you looking for a way to tone and define your abdominal muscles? This class is just for you. ABSolutely focuses on core strength and endurance. Utilizing stability balls, weights, bands and good old-fashioned body resistance, ABSolutely will help you improve balance and abdominal strength.
Heard about the Zumba Party but afraid you don’t know the steps? Try the Zumba class for beginners. The steps will be taught at a slow, easy-to-follow pace. Come join the fun!!

Are you looking for a fun, total-body workout that will increase your stamina, flexibility and strength while listening to your favorite dance mixes? This aerobics class focuses on high and low intensity dance moves, upper body, lower body and core strengthening, with a final focus on flexibility. You don't have to be a dance, just someone who wants to get an exciting and challenging workout!
The class is designed for Fresh HIT members only. A

Grappling is a terrific form of exercise based on wrestling-style gripping and seizing with hand-to-hand combat techniques. All levels of practitioners may participate. While the class is progressive in nature, members can join any time. Please wear athletic clothing, and groin protection is highly recommended.

A system of mat exercises originally put together by Joe Pilates. The mat series is designed to strengthen the musculature of the torso to include the waistline, lower and upper abdominals, obliques, and low back. Added benefits are increased flexibility and toning of arms, chest and legs. Emphasis is on controlled breathing and correct technique. All levels welcome. For those with disc or vertebral "issues", please consult with a physician or speak with instructor prior to starting.

This is an intense aerobic workout on a stationary bike, the RealRyder®. This bike moves more like a real bike, from side to side for cornering. Open to beginners up to advanced riders, of all fitness levels. Instructor-led with themed music: come join us for a high-energy workout! Bring your water bottle. If this is your first time, please come 15 minutes early so the instructor can help set the proper height for the bike. (If you've never used a RealRyder® before, try out our RealRyder® Basics class!)
This class will teach you the basics about riding our new RealRyder® bikes! It's also an Xpress Class, so it's only 1/2 hour long.
Add some strength training to your regular cycle workout by getting off the bike and using body weight, light dumbbells and core strengthening. 50-75% of the class is cycling and 25-50% is spent on strength training.
Change up your routine by working with our new 30’ ropes. This class will have you battle-ready for life’s challenges. Ropes class combines cardio endurance and strength training for a total body workout.
This class is a circuit style workout that will help prepare you for our annual SRC 500 event in March! Be prepared to work on both cardio and strength, and push yourself each week to get a little better! The class is fit for all levels; beginner to advanced-- the goal is to push yourself to perform at your own best. Registration for the event is not required to come to the class, (but we certainly recommend signing up!)
This class is guaranteed to get your heart rate up and burn calories. Various step movements including knee lifts, ham curls and back leg extensions are covered. Step to the beat at an intensity that works for you!
Build overall strength and endurance with this highly efficient class. In 30 minutes participants incorporate weights, bands, balls and benches for a total body strengthening class. This is designed for exercisers at all levels.
Increase flexibility, muscle endurance and relieve stress by taking part in this popular class. Bringing your own mat to class is recommended, as there are only a limited number of mats available.
This class is specifically designed to allow us to connect our mind, body, and emotions. As we flow through our postures, we will learn how to be aware of our body sensations, our thoughts, and our emotions through a combination of mindfulness, breath work, stretching, strength building, core building, and balancing. We will learn how to challenge ourselves without comparison to others, and developing a new awareness with your body and spirit. All of this will help us to form a new and healthier relationship with our body and mind. This is an all levels, slow flow Vinyasa class with modifications offered for all bodies.
YOGA PILATES FUSION
This class is a blending of both Yoga and Pilates. By participating is this class you will get the benefits of the strength and flexibility of Yoga as well as the core-firming and body toning of Pilates. This no impact is perfect for all levels of fitness.
If you're bored with the "same old thing" in your workout, then joint
THIS party! This fitness craze will get your MOVING! Moves are based on
Latin dance and music, including cumbia, merengue, salsa, mambo,
reggaeton, flamenco, and rumba. Zumba utilizes principles of fitness
interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output,
fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting
movements with easy to follow dance steps. Created by Beto Perez in his
native Colombia, "zumba" is said to be Colombian slang for "fast". But
you'll find a combination of fast and slow movements in this workout.

Perfect for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! The challenge of adding resistance by using light weights, helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged! Light weights enhance a sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.
