Standard Server Maintenance Times

Production Systems

Maintenance on production systems (see list below) is scheduled from 8:00pm- midnight on the first Friday of each month; during these periods the respective system access will be restricted to technical personnel.

Test Systems

Maintenance on test systems is scheduled from 8:00pm- midnight the last Friday of each month; during these periods the respective system access will be restricted to technical personnel.


Mandatory Maintenance

Mandatory maintenance that can't be postponed until the monthly scheduled maintenance window will be conducted between 8:00pm and midnight on the first available Friday - in those cases, users will be provided with as much advance notification as possible.


Critical Security Patches

Critical security patches that can't be postponed until either of the above maintenance windows will be performed between 4:00am- 6:00am of the day following the patch release - while cases of critical patches are somewhat rare, they represent significant risk events - users will be notified as soon as possible but need to expect short notification due to the emergency and unplanned nature of such patches.
