Evisions FormFusions

Running Reports through FormFusion  (word -- ISU only - Internet Explorer Only)
(Describes how to run reports through FormFusion using Banner job submission or a plain text file)

Installing FormFusion Developer (word -- ISU only - Internet Explorer Only)
(Instructions to install FormFusion Developer and Archiver.)

Evisions FormFusion has Multimedia Demos available on the Evisions website, Choose the appropriate tutorial and click the “Download Now” button. You will have the option to Run or Save the demonstration.

    1. FormStamp
Logging into FormFusion and using FormStamp to define the layout of the printed form.

    2. MapForm
Using Mapform to define the layout of the input (.lis) file

    3. CaptureForm
Using CaptureForm to create SQL statements for additional information in a form

    4. FormDirector
Using FormDirector to control the output of FormFusion(Print, Archive, Email)

    5. Import/Export
Importing and exporting templates between databases and files.

  • These tutorials are for an older version of FormFusion than what is installed here at ISU. Functionally, it works just the same but some of the icons are slightly different.

  • Different browsers may handle these links differently. Netscape may give you only one option - to save the file to your PC. You would then need to run the tutorial as a separate operation. Internet Explorer may give you two choices - to save the file to your PC or to run it immediately. Users should follow normal PC practices in dealing with the prompts and windows that appear on the screen.

  • If you run more than one tutorial, you will need to close out the Lotus ScreenCam Window from the prior tutorial before beginning the next tutorial, else you will receive an error message.

ISU and ICS believe that these files are virus-free, but cannot be held responsible for any effects the storage or running
of these executables might have on the user's PC.
