Troubleshooting
Browser Settings to make applications open up in a new browser TAB.

Firefox: Open app in new tab instead of pop-up window.

1. Center Mouse click
2. Make tab default Use Caution with this setting
    a.  Type about:config  into a new address bar.
    b.  Dismiss the warning.
    c.  Change browser.link.open_newwindow.restriction to 0. (and make sure          browser.link.open_newwindow is set to 3 which is the default)
    d.  You can then pull the tab window out if you prefer a full window.

IE 9 and 10 only: Open app in a new tab instead of pop-up window, by default. There
                             currently are not mouse keyboard shortcuts for this and IE.

1. Click the Tools icon on your browser.
2. Click Internet Options, near the bottom of the list.
3. In the Tabs section of the General tab, click Settings.
4. Near the bottom, under When a pop-up is encountered, select Always open
    pop-ups in a new tab.
5. Click OK in the Tabbed Browsing Settings window, and then click OK in the
    Internet Options window.
6. Now any pop-ups will open up in a new tab in the same window you're
    already in
7. You can then pull the tab window out if you prefer a full window.

Chrome: Open app in a new tab instead of pop-up window.

1. Center mouse click.

2. Left mouse click and [Ctrl] key at the same time.

3. There is no setting in chrome at this time to set this as default each time a
    left mouse click is used as you can in IE and Firefox

Note: The browser settings steps above do not take into account any browser add-ons you may have or other versions of the browser.  Please make sure you have the most up to date version for your OS.

 
Technology Support Center Information
When contacting the Technology Support Center about MyISU Cloud issues, they may need specific information to help resolve your issue. To provide that information please follow these steps:
  To perform a System Check, Select your "account" desktop from the menu at the bottom of MyISU Cloud. Then touch the "System Check" badge. System Check Example
 
  Take note of the Browser information and the current relay. Relay Check Example
