Indiana State University will offer swimming lessons through the Student Recreation Center this summer.
Learn-to-swim lessons will be offered for people of all ages and skill levels. Group, semi-private and private settings are available. All lessons are taught by American Red Cross certified Water Safety instructors.
Group lessons are scheduled as two-week sessions at a cost of $55. There are three sessions available - June 9-19; June 30-July 10 or July 21-July 31.
Private lessons include a choice of four 45-minute lessons or six 30-minute lessons for $85. Extended private lessons offer six 45-minute sessions or nine 30-minute sessions for $115. Semi-private lessons include the same number of sessions as individual lessons but can accommodate a group of up to three people for the same cost.
Those interested can register at the membership services desk in the ISU Student Recreation Center or download registration forms online. Participants must register prior to the first day of the course.
