"With fewer than 100 students in the MBA program, the school offers a friendly and caring environment in which to study. Students repeatedly report that the faculty is very knowledgeable, but also very friendly, always willing to help, and very supportive," according to the 2009 edition of "Best 296 Business Schools."

Merritt, dean of the ISU College of Business. "The ISU program attracts outstanding full-time and part-time students from Indiana, other U.S. states and many other countries. Our students bring unique businesses and cultural experiences that enhance the program, and our faculty and staff are dedicated to the students' learning and career success."
The Princeton Review surveyed 19,000 students attending the 296 business schools profiled. The surveys were conducted during the 2007-08, 2006-07 and 2005-06 academic years and were primarily completed online.
ISU students reported that "everyone works together to achieve a common goal: allowing us to get our MBA in an excellent environment. The whole school, including the dean, recognizes the MBAs and appreciates what they do for the school."
In the "Survey Says" section of the ISU profile, the college is noted for its happy students and solid preparation in general management, communication/interpersonal skills and presentation skills. The publication also notes an emphasis on critical thinking and access to hands-on projects. Small class sizes and public-school tuition combine to deliver "plenty of bang for your buck."
"Best 296 Business Schools" is one of nearly 200 Princeton Review titles published by Random House. The company, which is not affiliated with Princeton University, is also known for its college and career guidebooks, test-prep courses and other educational services.
