The benefits of walking are endless. Just to name a few...maintenance of a healthy weight, managing chronic conditions like diabetes, cardiovascular disease, prevention of chronic condition, subdues symptoms of depression, aids with memory and mind functioning. Come out to Deming Park at 10:30 a.m. Saturday (March 2) and walk with ISU employee wellness for your health! This event will be tons of fun and refreshments will be served. Hope to see you there - let's burn calories together.
