Medical evidence is clear that whole grains reduce risks of heart disease, stroke, cancer, diabetes and obesity. Few foods can offer such diverse benefits. Try including whole grains in your diet by buying whole grain pasta instead of white or try a new type of carbohydrate such as risotto, rice pilaf, barley, brown rice or quinoa.
