SOCIAL SUPPORT FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
Are you feeling stressed out, lonely, or isolated? Are you worried about adjusting to life in the U.S. or wish you had someone to talk to? Do you want to feel more connected with or share your experiences in the U.S. with other international students?
You are not alone! You can always find support at the Student Counseling Center. The Student Counseling Center (SCC) provides counseling services to all registered students at Indiana State University. The counselors at the SCC guarantee confidential, culturally sensitive support for students facing the variety of personal concerns. For more information, please visit http://www2.indstate.edu/cns/
In addition, you can always become a member of different student organizations on campus. One of them is International Student Leadership Council (ISLC). These organizations are a safe place where you can talk about your concerns, get great support from other group members, empower others who need your support, and become actively involved in the events on campus.
