Have you had a major change in your life?  If so, there may be updates that you need to make to your benefits.  Click on any of the following events to find checklists that you can use to make sure that you have made all necessary updates.  If you have had a Change of Address, please click here for a checklist of updates that you may need to make.

The IRS has defined a list of Qualifying Events.  The events on this list allow an employee to add, drop, or modify coverage as appropriate.  For example, adding or dropping dependents to your Health Coverage would be appropriate in the case of birth, marriage, or divorce.  Any change must be requested within the 31 day period following the event.
