Fair Oaks Farmhouse Conference Center

April 21 (Board meeting)

Overnight accommodations: Baymont or Comfort Suites, Rensselaer exit; Lafayette [south and in EST]

April Update: Rensselaer hotels are probably booked due to event at St. Joseph's College.

State Conventions are typically held in late April.

While branches have historically hosted state conventions and their accompanying Board meetings, starting in 2017, the State Board is serving as host, in order to give branches a chance to think ahead about when they might like to host the event.

The 2018 state convention is tentatively scheduled for Terre Haute, home of the current State President.

Registration fee: regular registration fee has been $40 for many years and will continue to stay at this rate as long as possible.

Sometimes special rates are offered but this varies.
